I. Overview:

CRS-PV-ML dynamic mechanical load test machine developed with reference to the latest standards IEC62782 latest products. CRS-PV-ML-type dynamic mechanical load test machine in addition to containing the new standard IEC62782 proposed dynamic load testing capabilities, compatible with the company's CRS-PV-ML1 mechanical load test machine functions (static load test). CRS-PV-ML type mechanical load test machine used to validate the components on the different mounting angles withstand wind, snow or ice and other static and dynamic load capacity. The machine is used to detect PV modules of the compressive strength, dynamic holding pressure technology, simulation load test, in order to understand the product load state, stress resistance.

Three main functions:

1 Dynamic mechanical load test (tensile and compression test cycle, the new standard IEC62782)
Users can set pressure, tension, pressure, time, tension time, cycles and other parameters, click Start on the touch screen can be automatically completed the trial.
 
2 static mechanical load test (normal tension, pressure test, meet the standard IEC61215)
