HBRV(D)－187.5D1型布洛維硬度計采用了旋轉(zhuǎn)式試驗力變換機構(gòu)和光學(xué)測量系統(tǒng)，在機體上裝有顯微鏡測量裝置。因采用低速同步電動機控制自動加卸試驗力, 試驗力保持時間可通過延時電位器實現(xiàn)無級可調(diào)，除洛氏硬度試驗要求表盤人工對零外，布氏硬度試驗和維氏硬度試驗分別通過顯微鏡測量壓痕的直徑和對角線，沒有人為的操作誤差。      

    該機具有較高的測試精度，操作簡便、靈敏度高、使用方便，變荷可靠，示值穩(wěn)定，廣泛適用于工廠車間、試驗室、大專院校和科研機構(gòu)。      

    HBRVD-187.5D1 Brinell Rockwell &Vickers Hardness Tester using rotary power conversion and optical measuring system in the body microscope equipped with measuring devices. As a result of using low-speed synchronous motor control unloaded automatic test force, tester force dwell time through change of the delay potentiometer, with the exception of Rockwell hardness test requirements of artificial dial zero, the Brinell hardness test and Vickers hardness test through microscopes and measuring the diameter of the indentation diagonal, not man-made error of the operation.
