HVD系列程控?cái)?shù)顯維氏硬度計(jì)有六種型號(hào):分別為10kg手動(dòng)及自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)塔維氏硬度計(jì)、30kg手動(dòng)及自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)塔維氏硬度計(jì)、50kg手動(dòng)及自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)塔維氏硬度計(jì)，是采用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件控制，高倍率光學(xué)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)，光電傳感等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)D型測(cè)量裝置與壓頭自動(dòng)切換，通過(guò)軟件輸入，光源的強(qiáng)弱自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，并選擇維氏與努氏試驗(yàn)方法、保持時(shí)間，文件號(hào)與儲(chǔ)存等，提供了各種硬度值的轉(zhuǎn)換表以供參考，在LCD大屏幕顯示屏上能顯示試驗(yàn)方法，試驗(yàn)力，測(cè)量壓痕長(zhǎng)度、硬度值、試驗(yàn)力保持時(shí)間，測(cè)量次數(shù)并能鍵入年、月、日期，試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和數(shù)據(jù)處理等，通過(guò)打印機(jī)輸出。
該硬度計(jì)應(yīng)用范圍廣，即適用于測(cè)量微小、薄形及表面滲鍍層處理后的零件，也適用于一般機(jī)械零件測(cè)試，顯微維氏硬度試驗(yàn)更能進(jìn)行材料金相組織及脆性材料的硬度測(cè)量。是工廠及質(zhì)檢部門(mén)進(jìn)行研究測(cè)試的理想的硬度測(cè)試儀器。

The tester is specially designed for testing minute, thin samples or parts after surface coatng or general mechanical part.
