優太新能源由蔣喆先生于2006年在香港成立，并迅速取得光伏發電技術解決方案領域的優越地位。在成立后不到一年的時間內，公司開始生產組件，在2007和2008年間出貨量迅速翻了兩番。2008年5月，公司在巴黎成立了優太新能源歐洲公司，以便更好地為我們的歐洲客戶群提供服務，并更有效地向中東和非洲擴展。在2008年，我們還成立了測試與開發中心，以便進一步提高產品質量。2009年，我們開始了北美業務，并在舊金山成立了優太新能源美國公司總部。2009年底前，出貨量達到120兆瓦，同比翻了一番。2010年公司進一步擴大，并成立了優太新能源意大利公司。
